Terms for using Planival.

Planival is an early-access booking and operations product for class and appointment businesses. Available capabilities can change as the product is tested and improved. Public previews and demos are not promises that every capability is activated for every business.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in method secure. You may only create, change or view a business’s records when you are authorized to act for that business.

Business owners control their team’s access. Roles and permissions limit what each person can see or do, but each business remains responsible for choosing suitable access for its staff.

Businesses are responsible for the services, schedules, prices, capacity, cancellation terms, waivers and other information they publish. Customers are responsible for reviewing the details shown before confirming a booking or request.

A booking, cancellation, waiting-list place, payment or message is only complete when the product shows an authoritative saved result. A loading, pending or uncertain state is not a confirmation.

Real payments, refunds, email, text messages and push notifications require separate providers and activation. Unless the product expressly shows that a provider is connected for the relevant business, those actions are not available and should not be treated as completed.

Do not misuse the product, attempt to access another account or business, interfere with availability, introduce harmful code, scrape private information, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Do not enter sensitive information unless it is necessary, appropriate and permitted for the business purpose. Public fields must not be used for private notes.

The public demos use fictional data held locally for that visit. Nothing in a demo is a real booking, charge, message, invitation or business record. Demo changes reset when the page is left or reloaded.

The product is provided on an early-access basis. Features may be corrected, changed, limited or withdrawn. Planival does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular release date, or that planned provider and native-app work will be completed.

You may stop using the product. Access may be limited or ended where needed to protect users, businesses, data or the service, or where these terms are materially breached.
