Clear information about your data.
This notice explains the information Planival handles during early access, why it is needed, and the choices available to account holders and businesses. It is product information, not a claim of legal certification.
Effective 18 September 2026
Who this applies to
This notice applies to people who visit the public website, create an account, run or work for a business, or book with a business using Planival.
A business using Planival decides why it collects its customers’ booking and service information. Planival provides the system used to keep and process those records.
Information the product handles
- Account details, such as name, email address, sign-in information and account preferences.
- Business details, including the business name, locations, branding, services, classes, team access and operating settings.
- Customer and booking records, including contact details, reservations, cancellations, attendance, passes or credits, and policy acceptance where the business uses those features.
- Operational records needed to show schedules, staff access, saved changes and activity within the correct business.
- Basic technical information needed to operate, protect and diagnose the website and product.
Businesses should only enter information they are entitled to use. Sensitive health or injury notes are not part of the public booking experience.
How information is used
Information is used to provide account access, keep each business’s records separate, show accurate availability and bookings, apply the business’s rules, support authorized staff work, and maintain the reliability and security of the product.
Planival does not sell personal information. It does not use customer records to create unrelated advertising profiles.
Fictional demos
The public demos and website previews use fictional, local sample data. They do not read an account, business, customer record or provider connection, and changes reset when the demo is left or reloaded.
Service providers
Planival relies on hosting, database and account services to operate. Optional payment, email, text, push or other third-party services are used only when separately configured and enabled. The public site does not mean those providers are connected for a business.
Retention, access and deletion
Records are kept for as long as needed to provide the product, meet legitimate operational needs, resolve disputes and satisfy applicable obligations. The exact period can depend on the type of record and the business using Planival.
To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact the business responsible for your booking record or email builtbyjass@gmail.com. Some records may need to be retained where the law or a legitimate operational need requires it.
Changes to this notice
This notice may change as the early-access product and its provider connections develop. The effective date above will be updated when the wording changes materially.
