How a Studio quote works
Step 1
You tell us how the business runs
Your kind of business, the modules you want, and anything unusual. Saved as a request — nothing is sent to anyone else and nothing is charged.
Step 2
We read it and write a price
A person at Planival reads the request and writes the price, what's included and how often it's billed. Nothing is calculated automatically.
Step 3
You accept, or ask for changes
Each version is kept. Asking for changes returns a new version rather than overwriting the old one.
Step 4
Your modules switch on
Only after an accepted quote and a confirmed payment. Until both are true, the business stays in private build mode.
What's true today
You can build and privately preview a whole business before anyone is invited or charged.
Setting up never sends a message, never invites anybody and never takes a payment.
Paid access is only ever granted by a confirmed subscription read on the server, not by returning from a checkout page.
Payment, email, text and push providers are not connected in this early-access build. Anything that depends on them is labelled where it appears.
